Abby and Ryan had decided that sharing a room was getting to be a bit much now that they were getting older. So we ended up turning half of our finished basement into Abbys new room. I LOVE it and she really seems to enjoy her own space, I dont blame her one bit!! She is at that age when she needs her own time.
Tim and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on January 13th...it just happened to be the same day we lost a wonderful man...Grandpa!! we miss you so much Grandpa:(
These are the very special fabric Happy Hair flowers Shauna made to go in Grandpas casket...there was a flower to represent each of his grandchildren and great grand children. Thank you Shauna so much for doing that!! So special!!
Nevie also tried food for the first time this month. her first was of course cereal, the moved onto squash which she loved and green beans. Took her awhile to like pears and sweet peas..we are still in the process of trying new foods, its fun to always see the look on her face when she tries them for the first time. I love this pic of Abby feeding her, Abby has really turned into a little mother to Nevie, very cute to watch.
Nevie also got her haircut. It was very much needed, even though she was only 6 months old she had quite the mullet going on in the back. Thank you to my friend Rachael for doing such a cute job!!
This was the before shot.....
and the much nicer after shot...
although we did figure out that the haircut makes her look much rounder!! haha...
Last but not least for the month of january...Nevie turned six months old...can you believe it.. I sure can't!! Here are a couple pics I took of her...
Just a couple pics from the month that I really love.....
